SERVICES
Atrium Design is at its core a Design-Build company. We have provided services from conceptual design through construction completion on a wide range of local and foreign projects, from Tel- Aviv and Jerusalem in Israel, to Philadelphia, New Jersey, Baltimore, Atlanta and Miami in the USA.
ARCHITECTURE
Atrium provides architectural design services from conceptual design through construction administration, including design development, contract documents, and consulting and assistance in the permitting process. Based on the project, we collaborate with Raymond F. Rola, Architect and with appropriate engineering consultants to deliver the complete design package.
Our design process takes form of conversation between architect and client. We regularly use, as part of architectural services, three-dimensional visualization tools to communicate design intent and facilitate decisions, so as to achieve full and efficient understanding of the design at early stages. Atrium’s projects range in scale and include a variety of residential and commercial programs.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Either in conjunction with architectural services or independently, we provide the “next step” of design articulation for interior spaces, with attention to materiality, lighting, and detail. In addition to new construction, this includes small renovations and alterations to existing buildings. We work with the client to formulate interior spaces in a preferred shade of contemporary expression. As required by the project, we may design custom building elements, millwork and/or furniture. We are inspired in our work by Carlo Scarpa, Mies Van der Rohe, Tadao Ando, and Frank Lloyd Wright.
CONSTRUCTION
Atrium Design eagerly steps in as general contractor for our designs. By managing both the design and construction of a project we are able to provide more efficient and less costly service to our clients, along with assuring better control over the quality of the crafted product.
DEVELOPMENT AND PRE-DESIGN
Atrium Design has been engaged in the development of single family townhouses, multi-family buildings, commercial buildings and retail spaces.We also offer pre-design services (Master Planning, Programming, Feasibility Studies) to developers who do not have in-house architectural staff.
