A townhome in which an interplay of dark and light colors create a balance through materiality. Wood and dark metal adjacent to one another run up the façade and are contained by an extruded upside down “L” of beige brick on one side. On the other side, a bay projection of dark metal highlighted by light metal floats above the brick base and is separated by a strip of windows.
