While the brick allows the building to blend with the neighbors, the use of stone on the whole first floor façade with dark metal, makes it stand out. Large window openings combined with a wide open floor plan allows light pour in through the space. Occasional moments of exposed original brick add slight rugged characteristic to this clean contemporary design.
