1720-1732 Waterloo Street

A unique design where a series of moves unify and the building and maintain an elegant slenderness. In working with a narrow lot size and foot print, a shallow split level configuration is presented where half each floor is alternated front to back in an attempt to circumvent the typical “layer cake” building, while maintaining the setback requirement through introducing a slope to the façade.
