1222A renovation of historic building in a trendy Center City neighborhood. We paid particular attention to the experience within the lobby. With wood walls and an elegant lounge area, light and dark materials and colors are perfectly balanced. Diagonal flush mounted liner ceiling lights are combined with a sloped ceiling to create an interesting dynamic. From the lounge area, one can view either of the two feature walls calling attention to the charm of historic Philadelphia.
